We use organic milk and cream, fresh local fruits and the finest ingredients sourced in Italy and Australia.
By keeping the recipes as simple as possible we emphasise the importance of using rich, unspoiled ingredients with just the right amount of cream, raw sugar and water in making dairy based and sorbet flavours.
Our award winning gelato is available now for wholesale distribution in three dairy based flavours and two non-dairy (sorbet) flavours in 200ml, 500ml, 1 litre packaged tubs or 5 litre trays.
